I was voted Employee of the Year in 2014, due to my success in integrating research findings in to practice, and for engaging the workforce in this process. And in 2017, I was awarded the Inaugural Reconciliation in Action Award at Relationships Australia NSW for my work with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander clients and communities. An award I was particularly honored to receive. During this time, I was also an Honorary Associate of the Schools of Psychology at both the University of Sydney (2014), and the University of Technology, Sydney (2016), where I supervised doctoral students.
