Because of my people-oriented personality facilitates, I am able to detect unexpressed needs of people, in order to provide an excellent service. The experiences working with the people by various culture backgrounds is a treasure for me. I learned about the culture difference, which helps me it efficient communication and team work in an international society. With the background of western education and the eastern traditional culture, I am able to solve the culture conflicts during work. Last but not the least，during the study and training program, I also improved the language skills. As my second language, I enhanced both oral and writing English skills. Moreover, I have learned some French during the time when I was studying in Switzerland. I believe my language proficiency will assist me to work in an international environment. Ucca
