Rob Fancher’s Expertise I am passionate about many things. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Culinary Nutrition concentrating in Clinical Dietetics, as well as an Associate in Science degree in Baking & Pastry Arts. I obtained my RD credential to further my knowledge of food and to use that to help others. Keeping on trend with new techniques in an ever changing culinary world inspires my ambition to deliver high quality in my own creations and teachings. I believe I have much to offer as a dedicated team player and skilled clinician. Another interest of mine is Film production. With close to three years experience in Stage Theatre production, I have worked on corresponding theatre events, set building, set painting, stage handing, bar tending, cleaning and maintenance, IT services, and even acting. I very much enjoy anything computer and tech related. I am adept at the use of most things technological and pick things up very quick if I don't already know how to use them. Because of my experience in theatre, I am also interested in the visual and auditory arts. Critiquing and especially supporting the arts are important to me.
