He served as Vice President for MITRE’s Center for Integrated Intelligence Systems (CIIS) where he developed the strategy for the Center, established relationships with customers and partners, and oversaw the execution of programs in advanced intelligence and information systems. These programs support many national security agencies. He was also an adjunct faculty member of the G.W. Whiting School of Engineering of the Johns Hopkins University, where he taught graduate courses in computer science.
