Last 6 years I specialised in building new UiPath RPA platforms and centres of excellence from scratch in organizations that decided to adopt RPA for the first time. I have done it successfully at GPT and Mirvac. My extensive hands-on programming experience, especially in .Net/C# allows me to build automations myself and have a deep technical conversation with fellow developers. As an architect, I developed the design, infrastructure, capacity, and all other non-functional needs for each platform component. As a manager, I built well-functioning CoEs and teams around the RPA platform. In both organizations the utilization of RPA keeps growing and delivers value to many business areas. One other thing: I love teaching and mentoring. How does it help in my job? you might ask. Here is an example: to promote broader adoption of RPA automation at Mirvac I teamed up with UiPath and ran a successful “Build Your Own Robot” training. 45 business users over 3 half-day sessions had hands-on experience with UiPath technology and built a fully functional robot. The training helped participants to understand the capabilities of UiPath platform first-hand and to became better at identifying new automation opportunities. I leveraged this experience and in March 2024 I developed and ran a new round of training for a smaller team. This time the business users built the automation of a real-life use case, which is now used in their team. We plan to continue with hands-on training in other teams as a way of promoting broader adoption of RPA automation within Mirvac. Mirvac
