From a transformation perspective, I have had the opportunity to develop our Services organisation through the years, first starting with focus on Delivery, then Services Sales, then Premium Engagement an finally since February 2022 the Cloud Services business was also merged into what now is called SAP Cloud Success Services. Over the years, I have built a strong team, using strong my leadership skills, and can proudly say I have a proven track record on executing change. Nordics & Baltics was nominated as the Market Unit of the year in 2022, and I was nominated as #1 person in SAP Cloud Success Services EMEA. From a business- and customer development perspective I possess the ability to listen and lay out clear strategies on how to succeed with the right team and the right mindset. Currently we run smaller engagements around 500KEUR up to bigger global programs of +30MEUR. With a clear strategy, leadership trust and a strong Nordic team, working closely with EMEA management, we succeed in all areas. I am a good motivator with a unique ability to build strategic relationships both internally and externally, a leader with humour, focus on details and quality, and a strong believer in empowerment and creativity. On a personal note, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, engaging in sports (especially tennis, water sports and at the gym) and I am close to embarrassing a fanatic art collector. Sap
