I truly believe that leadership comes from different levels of an organization and that titles are no guarantee of skills needed to be a “leader”. I envision a global EMS organization that not only works seamlessly with other first responders, but also provides the quality of care and advanced skills to save lives and not only facilitate continuum of care for acute care hospitals, but are the benchmark for critical care inter facility transportation for defined definitive care! This vision is only possible with the kind of leadership that provides support, inspiration, education, and safety for those who serve so at the end of our day, at the end of our career, we are healthy and fulfilled so that we can enjoy all that life has to offer!
