Sachin Rathod’s Expertise Growing up, I recollect dismantling my electric devices and games to understand their functioning and then rebuilding them back to their original functions out of curiosity. I have always had a keen interest in outdoor sports and my leisure time activities include painting, sketching, and drawing. I have always enjoyed this creative side of my personality and I believe it helped me bring in innovative ideas to my career endeavors.  While pursuing my academic skills as an occupational therapist, I frequently observed that the geriatric population and adults with special needs were underserved .Thus, I decided to work as a freelancer and explore a different area of practice to make my clients independent in their Activities of daily living (ADL) to the best of their abilities. Due to my interest in working for people with disabilities, I worked with NGOs catering to the employment needs of persons with disability (PWD). I play the role of enhancing their skills with my personalized therapy program and apply ergonomic principles to make them functionally more efficient.  My zeal to further expand this service got me to Co-found Kikstartz Rehabilitation LLP a product that creates an environment to empower the lives of the PWD. Designing assistive aids, to simplify and reach work goals, we rehabilitate our clients and develop sensitization program to promote inclusivity at work.
