Awards won as a Chef include live cooking competitions, team education and training, food safety, the Worldwide Hilton Chain Dinner, the Hotelympia Fish Dish Challenge, Holiday Inn London Chessington kitchen department seasonal hospitality award and team member of the year, AA training, BDL Rosette Academy. As a Chef Manager & Development Chef I've been recognized for individually presenting for negotiating, winning and managing food service contracts for major schools, college and tourist attraction accounts, by the Contract Catering Industry for Langley Academy for financial acumen, innovation, retention and/or sales success, internal and external recognition, social responsibility, leadership and delivering change, and with Accent Catering Services' Shining Star 2012, 2013, 2014, and with FSM's 2014 award for the Education Sector. Of course, these awards and recognition would not have been possible without the support of the talented, hard working, professional cooking and food service staff I've trained and mentored.
