During this tenure, I have handled entire gamut of facilities and administration with focus on bottom-line growth, dealing with local regulatory and statutory agencies and independently managing multiple projects and operations with end to end responsibility involving land acquisition, real estate development, vendors’ management, negotiations, budgeting, tender, contract management, lease agreements, etc. During the course of employment got rich experience in ensuring compliance with quality compliance standards such as ISO: 9001, 27000, 14001, 18001 & SSAE 16 Type 1, identifying loopholes and hindrances, devising strategies and processes to smoothen the administrative functions and identifying value adds to existing processes. During my tenure I was instrumental in devising and implementing several new ideas which helped the company to improve its bottom line.
