Design co-marketing activities, consumer offerings and manage sell through. in-charge of B2B sales for which requires working closely with Operators, MDM suppliers and principal technical support teams. •Managing Organized Retail accounts (Carrefour, Lulu, SharafDG, Emax, Extra, etc.) with respect to relationships with procurement managers, marketing, monitoring inventory and closing sales. •To liaise with the principal Marketing leads to form ATL/BTL plan. Handling financial aspects that include securing and monitoring the utilization of quarterly marketing budgets, tracking and reporting on closure. Appointing agencies for jobs executed externally by closing contractual proceedings. •Role in reaching out and on-boarding multinational brands as new business streams – initial discussions to sign off. •Plan trainings, informal partner meets and new product launch events. •Product pricing decisions after analysis of grey pricing, competitive pricing and internal gross margin targets. •Create and present monthly business reviews and quarterly plans to principal leadership teams. •Monitor and analyse gross margins and chart action points where required. •DOS management and effecting necessary steps to maintain optimum country inventory. •Analysis of sales, trend and sales team performance. •Coordination with principal and local logistics partners regarding consignments.
