Handle support for Azure cloud, SSO, MFA, Intune, Compliance issues, O365, AD, Windows, DHCP, DNS, ERP, VPN, Remote support, GPO, and IT infra. • Function as the bridge between technology and end-users. • Manage daily IT operations and assist HR team with onboarding / offboarding. • Knowledge of Event Viewer and Registries, Group policy, device, and driver. • Strong understanding of day-to-day functionality in Microsoft 365 services like Teams, OneDrive, Outlook, SharePoint, Exchange, and Azure Active Directory, Endpoint managements (Intune). • Manage mobile devices (Windows, Android) through Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions MS Intune troubleshoot active sync issues compliance issues. • Remote wiping or delete the inactive device and troubleshoot for allowed personal devices for work (BYOD) and (COD) with compliance or security requirements. a) Create user. b) Assign licenses and groups. c) Assigned DL, Mailbox. d) Reset passwords. e) Manage usernames & users’ properties. f) Delete and restore users. g) Enable Microsoft Exchange Online Archiving. h) OneDrive for business (ODFB) sync troubleshooting. i) Support Office 365 Authentications SSO and MFA. j) Basic troubleshooting of mail flow, outlook connectivity.
