Work closely with sales executives, fulfillment managers and account managers to help clients meet their short and long-term business objectives. Successfully manage high requirement volumes while meeting tight client SLAs. Full life cycle recruiting: requirement analysis, source candidates via referrals and database, job boards, social media, cold calling; pre-screen, interview preparation, assess candidate technical abilities and soft skills; coordinate phone and onsite interviews; offer extension, candidate closing, as well as rate and benefits negotiations. Work closely with human resources and on-boarding representatives of client in conjunction with newly hired contractors to ensure timely completion of any and all required paperwork to keep thing within the stipulated TAT. Assist the recruitment lead on various strategies and steps to be taken for fulfillment of bulk requirements, also mentor the juniors on process and technology. Develop and maintain consistent active pipeline of qualified candidates by identifying and determining candidate's objectives and motivators. Experienced with permanent, contractual & contract to hire positions and various types of contractors such as W2, 1099 and corp. to corp. requirements.
