I am a self-motived, energetic leader of a global Client Services Team that spans 15 countries and cultures (almost as many languages) who is working hard to ensure that our compelling vision and values are delivered consistently across cultures. I look after all aspects of Insights Client Services and at the heart of that sits the reality of a client’s order and event management experience with us, whether it’s physical or virtual, a half day long ‘Working in a virtual team’ workshop or a 4 day long Insights Discovery Accreditation (IDA). I am an instigator who is always looking to improve our processes and the way we support events, as long as it contributes to a better human experience. I thrive on responses from clients and on combining verbatim feedback with hard data to create operational improvement plans that enhance their experience and journey. With over 25 years’ experience leading sales and customer service/client services operations in banking, insurance, media and now learning & development, I thrive in fast paced cultures and environments that are open to innovation. I’m always keen to make our systems more efficient and performance more impactful by looking through a different lens. Equally important to me is employee engagement and the development, wellbeing, and the all-important work-home balance needs of our people, including my own! I work closely with the Institute of Customer Service to enhance the way we work with our customers and I enjoy that partnership. It’s all about understanding more about what we can offer people to keep the magic of Insights alive and always relevant!
