I began my career as a UniData programmer and have also become a Microsoft certified VB Developer. I have picked up a good working knowledge of SB+, Perl & shell scripting too. I have a broad knowledge of UNIX & Windows OS. I have a good functional understanding of Global 1 and also have a good understanding of the settlement interfaces for CREST processing and SWIFT messaging. I am currently about 40/60% business/technical and 75/25% UNIX/Windows - although this varies with each contract as requirements change.
