Sean Hanehan’s Expertise A little about me: I am a Technical Support Account Manager with many years of experience supporting industry leading customers. I have always enjoyed technical support and the challenges it provides while working with both internal and external customers. I have also enjoyed the leadership opportunities and experienced gained from working in the various industries. I have had the chance to lead technical teams with members located in multiple regions, assist in project management, as well as train team members while coordinating staffing needs. I have been involved with the design / implementation of tooling and best practices to increase the efficiency of various teams while improving overall customer satisfaction. I have also had the opportunity to be highly involved with the development of multiple software solutions by being an advocate for the customers and Technical Support, while working with the development team(s). I obtained my degree in Information and Computer Technology, with a concentrations in Network security and Project Management. I now specialize in SAS and data access connectivity. This involves integrating SAS with a wide variety of database solutions that span all operating systems and environments including most major cloud providers. Which has allowed me to stay current with both Linux/Unix and Windows administration, as well as advancing my skills in database administration, cloud technologies, as well as security and encryption.
