I’ve seen this concept come to be true multiple times over the course of my career. Early on in my marketing career at Wyoming Machinery, I was given the task of transforming the marketing department into an integrated and credible business unit. During my tenure there, I was able to generate over 700k in revenue and improve CTR by 100%. Leading a team of 7 to recreate the best user experience across all channels and across all target personas. That experience ultimately paved the way for me to join the team at the Casper Star Tribune, where I now lead a larger team of 20+ and been able to amplify results. Generating more than 12M in sales, increasing digital revenues 15% YOY, and reducing inactive accounts by 15%. Leading the team to adopt best practices in both sales and marketing is a challenge, but we’ve seen the results speak louder than words.
