  In the course of my engineering studies I have focused on fluid dynamics, nuclear technologies, and turbomachinery, and would like the opportunity to apply the theory I’ve learned to design and build future engines and power plants. I have similarly proved my ability to pick up new engineering methods and concepts to produce valuable work, whether it was integrating multiple sensor and gage systems to test the electrical elasticity of thin films, or applying LEAN manufacturing principles to improve Quality Department throughput. Additionally, I have worked on projects as part of an interdisciplinary team of engineers, in both English and German, classifying wear on compressor components, operation of a combined cycle power plant, and proposing a city scale sustainable energy plan, among other endeavors.
