It also acts as an Application Server in Nortel's 3GPP IP Multimedia Subsystem (IMS) solution. I am responsible for technical and design supporting of our VOIP Product to the customers all over the world live sites and maintaining services such as WEB applications or SIP signaling based functions. I have gained TCP/IP, SIP, and 3GPP telecom protocol, Object Oriented programming (Java), Network knowledge and experience. I have also gained extensive experience in Sip signaling and investigating system logs for debugging. I am fixing software the bugs and problems reported from customer sites I am providing 24x7 customer emergency support of their live sites by the pager responsibility on rotation basis. I am planning cooperating maintenance and upgrading of our products and the components and solving expected or unexpected problems.Supporting of the availability ,stability and durability of the environment tools used in R&D; Analyzing technical problems reported by our customers, hardware and software maintenance issues, which include problem identification, escalation, and resolution implementation and follow up; Provide customer support 24x7 by taking the pager responsibility on rotation basis. Planning and cooperating maintenance and upgrading of the Software Development Environment. Writing Perl and shell scripts for solving the problems on support tools and increasing of the environment tools which also provides cost and time reduction. Developed tools which all Global Nortel Employers are using.
