I began my career at Casa Vieja and worked as the Broil Chef at The Cooperage and Steak and Ale, and as a Line chef at Portobello. In addition, I helped open Bien Shur at the Sandia Casino then opened my own restaurant, Ambrozia Wine Bar in old town. In 2018 I was honored to be nominated and awarded as one of the 40 Under 40.
