Established the complete IT and IT operations setup for Transamerica as part of a multi billion dollar deal to establish TCS BFSI Platforms Business in the United States Headed IT and IT operations setup for TCS BFSI Platforms SaaS business which includes customers like Now Pensions, Erie, State Street, MLC Australia and other platform customers. Lead Life and Pensions Digital Transformation programs enabling solution to process customer business processes Straight Through on contact or through Digital channels thereby transforming the customer experience by reducing claim settlement times from an average of 100 days to 22 minutes (duration of call in the contact centre). Actively lead definition, implementation and operation of the Cyber Security strategy for Platforms Tata Consultancy Services
