Sheldon Anderson’s Expertise Just days after graduating high school (1978), I worked as a counter saleman for a small automotive/bearing/industrial supply house. Learned the bearing business, then hydraulic hose fabrication and moved more into the industrial power transmission business. From there to Burgess Power Equipment, Coastal Plains and Ruston Indutrial. This period (1980-87) working inside sales, then outside sales; as time rolled on became more focused. Specializing in the power transmission part of the Industrial Produtcs Distribution line of products. 1987, is where the focus became 100% Power Transmission and Drive Automation. For the past 25+ years, it's been living & breathing Gear Reducers, Motors and VFD controls. Everything form a 3lb speed reducer to a 30,000lb industrial gear reducer. From a 1/4hp motor to an automotive plant with 1000+ SEW drive packages within. I strive to be the best that I can be... Do the right thing everytime even if it means not getting the order....
