  Hi, I'm Shivani, a lawyer by profession and a business enthusiast from heart. Right from a young age, I was good with putting forth a good argument. The skill came handy in many debate and public speaking competitions, whereby I managed to bag a few accolades for the same. I did my undergrad in Political science, where I found my interest in law, after getting an exposure to the subjects like Constitution and International Law. After graduating from the law school, I had an opportunity to work under Advocate Savita Sinha, practicing in the Delhi High Court and Supreme Court for the last 17 years. During the course of my employment under her, I got to work in wide range of areas, the most prominent being matrimonial, IPR and contracts. My work profile was mostly drafting, research and accompanying her in the court hearings. Those six months made me understand the importance of research in the profession to a great extent, for instance, how an in-depth research of the case is going to increase the odds of winning it so much more. In March, 2020, due to nationwide lock down and my own personal health reasons I had to move back to my hometown. For good one year I wasn't able to find much opportunities, except for few freelance jobs, so I utilized this time to find my niche. I read and researched on a lot of law areas, and I found that my interest was albeit in many areas, however Corporate, IPR, Data Privacy and Technology laws intrigued me the most. Pursuant to this, in June 2021 I decided to upskill myself in the said areas and therefore enrolled myself in a diploma course in Technology law and contracts. I am actively trying to make an endeavor to build my independent practice in the area of my interest. So simultaneously I have been doing independent work. Besides law, I have passion for writing so in order to satiate that passion, I started my own blog in 2019 under the name of 'Millennial spiritual', which I later changed to 'Aadhiyajna'. Coming from a business family background has given me a very different perspective towards legal profession. I believe to be successful in any field one requires business acumen and my background helped. I also feel strongly about protecting child rights and hope to do something about it someday. I provide services and assistance in contract drafting, vetting, general drafting, technology contracts, IPR(Trademark) advisory, prosecution, opposition ,as well as research.
