After tripling the company (1000+ global employees), I focus on workplace culture, scaling our people operations, diversity and inclusion, talent management, retention, and organizational strength. In my journey as CEO of Link and Global VP of People at NEXT, I quickly learned how to pivot from growth to profitable growth, how to successfully manage RIF and still keep engagement, and how to foster a hybrid culture with engaged employees in the office and remote.
