Sreelekha G.n’s Expertise • Payroll processing - ensuring timely disbursement of salaries Co-ordinate for attendance inputs till disbursement of salaries, ensuring proper documentation which includes updating records containing loss of pay, Salary Revisions, Arrears, uploading excel sheet in payroll like: Canteen Deduction, Mobile Deduction, Site Allowance, LIC Deduction, VPF calculation , CSR contribution Deduction, Calculation of Interest on loans, Transport Deduction, EOGO payments through Payroll, Salary Advance deductions , Importing & exporting Income tax value according to the format • Generating reports in payroll Responsible for the preparation of Monthly and Customized reports in regards to Payroll like Bank transfer reports, Loan Report, ESI reports, PF reports, Payroll register ,PT reports, Monthly reimbursement report, Payroll difference report, Customized reports • Master records Responsible for the updating of master records like Date of Birth, Date of Joining, Salary Structure, Statue records in case of New Joiners, Experience details. • Rewards and Recognition: Manage the R&R activities for the Unit based on the Corporate R&R framework. • Hr operational activities Joining & Induction, maintaining and updating employee records in Talent Link, Payroll processing, Processing of F&F Exits, provide strategic inputs on headcount report and attrition data to the managers and the staffing team. • Performance Management Follow-up with the BU Managers on the goal setting for existing employees and new joinees based on the business unit’s goal setting practices. • Partnering with Global HR Team Drafted the procedure and policy for on boarding contract employees. This includes the agency worker, vendor workers and interns. Drafted the procedure and process for the exit formalities.• Understanding and analyzing the skill requirements, by interacting with concerned Hiring Manager to understand deeply what is required in the candidate on the respective skills. • Source resumes from different sources like Job portals, Employee referrals, LinkedIn & Agencies. • Screening the resumes & co-ordinate with the panel for scheduling different levels of interviews. • Feedback and follow up actions on profiles / candidates processed and to know the interview results/status Responsible for end to end recruitment • Selecting candidates from multiple sources i.e. Social Networking sites, Head Hunting, Cold Calling, Mapping, Recruitment Portals, databases etc. • SPOC for candidates from sourcing the CV till on-boarding • Post offer follow up and reverting the issues • Following up with the candidate regarding salary negotiation & DOJ as well as with the service line / Business Unit to know positions that are at high priority • Publishing Different kind of Reports on timely basis. Sending daily, weekly and monthly reports to the internal team.
