I have over 13 years of experience in energy finance, new business development (origination, screening, evaluation and structuring) and strategy, across gas and power development. I have experience in originating and executing complex gas & power infrastructure transactions in Brazil, South Africa and Asia. I have worked across the entire energy value chain from upstream, midstream, trading (gas & oil) to power and renewable energy. As a result, I have a deep understanding of global energy fundamentals, trends and policy. I have strong experience in building and maintaining excel based complex financial models for upstream & midstream assets used in capital budgeting decisions , gas & power demand forecasting models, writing persuasive investment cases and understanding contracts (PSA, Transportation & Processing, Sale & Purchase Agreements). I have also worked on trading and transaction comparable models for upstream/downstream peers in the O&G industry, prepared (qualitative strategy) research reports as well as pitch-books on companies/sector from previous experiences.
