This program has been eye-opening and has helped me define my career goals. I know I can make a difference helping patients 1-on-1, but my potential to impact positive change is far greater working in healthcare policy and strategy. This is where my career passions lie. I have also spent the last year working in a COVID-19 unit at the Long Island Jewish Medical Center. This has been an experience I will never forget. Though incredibly challenging, I never questioned answering the call when help was needed. Outside of work and school, I’m a history and museum buff, and I love traveling (when safe).
