Regionally, Stephanie served as a Priority Leader for the Nutrition, Weight Status and Physical Activity priority area of the Together We Can Health Improvement Project, sponsored by the Central Michigan District Health Department from 2012-2014. Currently, Stephanie serves on the Population Health Team of the Michigan Health Improvement Alliance, Inc. (MiHIA). On the state level, Stephanie served as the Co-chair of the Michigan Healthy Weight Partnership; an Advisory Group for Michigan's CDC funded Nutrition, Physical Activity, and Obesity Prevention Program, who developed “Michigan Healthy Eating and Physical Activity Strategic Plan 2010-2020”.
