USPS was unable to connect to any web based applications on intranet or extranet. Steve immediately identified the issue with MTU on circuit and engaged LEC (Comcast) to investigate. Comcast advised issue is not on their portion after initial troubleshooting. Steve persisted with Comcast and through his troubleshooting was able to convince Comcast to engage Tier III support.
