As well as expanding LLCs assets into property and acquisitions. In June 2020 LLC acquired DV8 Sussex a creative study programme provider to enhance its service portfolio and community reach. In 2015 Stephen founded London Learning Foundation (LLF) an independent Charitable subsidiary of London Learning Consortium. LLF works at a grass roots level offering support and services to London's disadvantaged and deprived communities. His business vision for the organisation has also secured third party investments as well as stimulating social enterprise. He has also led on the development of market led approaches aimed at increasing the Third Sectors share of the public service market. In 2009 he co-founded a National Third Sector Consortium (3SC) on which he served as a board member until 2019. In 2010 Stephen co-founded Fair Train, a national Employer Workforce and Apprenticeship infrastructural organisation and owning body for the Work Experience Quality standard, which he chaired until May 2015. Prior to this, Stephen was invited to join the board of Social Firms South East serving as Director and then was elected Chairman. He continues to be at the forefront of social business development. Previously he led service delivery management at a senior and national level for both NACRO and RNIB. Stephen’s expertise and consultancy skills are frequently called upon to deliver high level commissions for a range of clients. Stephen has a strong vocational and academic background culminating in an MBA from the University of Brighton in 2004. He has also completed his ILM Level 7 Executive Coach and Mentor qualification.
