Upon my return to Ireland, I took a contract role with Accenture, before moving on to Mentortalent which at the time was a startup recruitment agency, owned by a former colleague of mine in Stelfox. I always wanted to work in-house with a global tech company, so was delighted in 2018 to join Groupon. I got to do a lot of cool stuff here, which started by helping to design and implement new hiring processes for two key development centres for Groupon in Katowice and Berlin. In conjunction with this, I set up Groupon's first EMEA Tech meetup called G-Techup which was run on multiple occasions in Katowice.
