Experience Includes • Produce technical workbooks suppliers for on all Red/Gold/Shipment samples Freemans own buy Footwear and Accessories covering: fitting comments and amendments, technical comments, product testing, labelling and packaging requirements • Ensure the Freemans fitting standards are achieved for all own buy footwear in both standard and wide fit. • Analysing customer returns information using all available data to identify areas where improvements are required, recommending and implementing appropriate action to reduce returns. • Provide technical support to the buyer on buying trips (UK/Overseas) • Developing and implementing appropriate quality processes that ensure full compliance with relevant regulations, particularly in terms of packaging and general product safety • Update supplier scorecards with B&M to evaluate supplier strengths and weaknesses including, design capabilities, communication, prices, delivery performance and quality. • Manage and maintain the warehouse inspection process • Organising and help with internal/external remedial work if required • Working closely with the customer services team in resolving customer complaints and product liability claims • Attend Supplier meetings and providing supplier performance and returns information. • Ensuring any new suppliers are audited to the Otto Group standard before been onboarded. • Check any proposed or additional factories used for Freemans own buy orders are audited to the Otto Group Standard and be approved by the Buyer/CR manager in advance of receiving orders • Manage the Freemans own buy Fashion, Footwear and Accessories Supply Chain ensuring all Otto Group Standard Audits are in date and valid • Action new audits where the Otto Group audit has expired • Arranging CAPS for factories that fail to achieve the Otto Groups A-C BSCI audit standard Fgh
