I have worked in the UK, Norway and the GOM ensuring compliance with Government Regulations and Standards in those regions. I am a confident leader who takes responsibility for safe, efficient and environmentally sound operations while striving to deliver a high reliability organisation and One Team culture. I have experience leading incident investigations and managing well control situations. I am willing to take difficult strategic decisions and an ability to resolve complex problems with sound critical thinking.
