Previously worked with AstraZeneca Project Managing the design and delivery of a Service Catalogue and associated ITIL process and prior to that at Barclays on Config and Service Level Mgt v3 ITIL process development and delivery. I've worked in BT and Fujitsu as a Service Consultant designing, negotiating and implementing all ITIL processes. I majored on implementing/enhancing SLM within BT, working with internal/external providers, clients and management to Board level. I have supported Service Mgt input to bids. I have formulated and delivered SIPs (Incident, Problem and Change), documented SLAs/OLAs, reports, worked on Service Catalogues and implemented supporting Service Desks and CMDBs. I've been a Service Mgr owning delivery against contracts/SLAs, managing suppliers against OLAs/contracts, reporting, defining and managing service improvements, and identifying and progressing opportunities.
