My previous career was in Dental Technology working as a technician in a dental laboratory which I ran as a small business within a Dental Practice I've been a Voluntary Community Education worker, have worked for the Specialist Schools and Academies Trust as a Lead Practitioner for Curriculum change and been an action researcher with Prof Maurice Galton at Homerton College Cambridge. The major part of my work was in developing new curriculum models, promoting & managing careers education, leading & managing vocational options and providing opportunities for off-site learning.
