I've done this by becoming an expert in cloud technologies and the modern data stack. I'm an engineer at heart, building well-crafted software allows me to rest easy. I know though, that the big picture and design of a system must be well articulated for a project to be a success. I pride myself on being capable of doing both. As my career has developed, I've found that mentoring team members and guiding teams creates immense opportunity. My academic studies have given me a chance to be extremely well rounded. I've taken doctoral level courses in machine learning, graduate level courses in algorithms and computation, and bachelors degree in business. I look forward to completing my dissertation by this Spring, which is focused on applying systems science to systems analysis and design. Personally, I'm incredibly fortunate to have a beautiful family. We enjoy all things outside. A great day on the weekend typically involves hanging out in the backyard or going to the park. My ideal vacation would probably be spring skiing in the Rockies. Spring because I could fly fish on my non-ski days or enjoy a hike. Raft
