Previous roles include GM of the 200MM injection molding division, Manager of Engineering Support Teams, Business Unit Manager, Sales Manager, and Process Engineer. Core leadership competencies include: global and multi-plant P&L responsibility, team leadership and development, operations efficiency, productivity initiatives, new business development, engineering and capital project execution, injection molding and extrusion expertise, acquisition identification and integration, analytic and troubleshooting skills, and plastic resin and properties expertise. I'm an active member of the Board of Directors and a coach for Chatham Little League. I have been a coach with the Northern Columbia County Pop Warner Football Program and I have coached CYO basketball.
