Many years experience at managing sub-contractors to achieve project objectives and also working within complex programme environments encompassing large consultancies (IBM, Accenture, Logica, Serco, BT) and smaller IS Service Providers (Vizuri, Computacenter, Pega Systems,EMC). Qualified as a PRINCE II and Managing Successful Programmes practitioner and foundation level in the ITIL Service Management discipline. Experienced in preparing for and achieving successful reviews of steps 1-4 of the OGC review process and dealing with Internal and External Audit functions. 2006-2009 completed 3 years delivering in a full programme lifecycle environment (business case through systems development to business transition) within the Government sector encompassing the full range of OGC review steps, working with IBM as the Strategic Delivery Partner. 2009-2011 managed a Data Centre programme for a leading retail bank, managing DC fit out,migration and de-commissioning phases.
