Steve Thorpe-Edp’s Expertise I'm very customer focused, and finding technical solutions is my specialty. I've spent most of my career designing and developing large scale document applications for customer communications across almost every industry. I also deliver across all levels of the customer communications business from pre-sales presentations, hardware and software vendor assessments to application support. I am PSO Principal Consultant for Quadient Inc. supporting the North Americas region and I travel regularly with a high component of face to face client interaction. I have developed strong requirements gathering, documentation and analysis skills and processes to better define projects and lead Clients to the best solution. With my 35 years of technical background, 30 of those in CCM, I understand the drivers and goals in every industry and at all levels of the Enterprise structure. This helps me to help our clients to get the best win from their projects. I enjoy creating anything and that extends to my private life, I have been a builder, short order cook, commercial cleaner, waiter, and part time wedding photographer. For hobbies I paint, draw, create bone carvings, and glass engravings that I sell along with my wife at local markets under our personal Batty4Arts label. I rarely stop moving and when I do it's to read any kind of fiction I can lay my hands on. I live on 5 acres of Texas Hill country and won't be moving again.
