I have worked much of the last decade in the telecommunications industry successfully navigating complex, dynamic, large scale workforce and resource planning initiatives. Some of my key achievements include: • I developed financial and execution analysis and reporting governing Telstra’s Fitter and Faster flagship transformation program of work spanning over 100 individual projects to reduce labor costs by AUD 69 million, a reduction of 533 FTE. • I unified 3 key strategy documents relating to 2020 sales targets, strategic workforce planning and capital investment in technology. The policy document I produced was a guideline intended to inform Executive and Senior leaders in Telstra Global Enterprise Services (GES) of key risks, opportunities and align senior leaders on labour strategy across all business channels. • Working with a wide cross section of internal and external stakeholders my analysis, forecasting and modelling formed the basis of resource planning the rollout of Telstra Business products on the National Broadband Network. • My resource planning was central to the Telstra launch of Apple iPhone models 5 & 6 and the AUD 300 million incremental revenue they each delivered. I am highly numerate with a strong background in math modelling resource planning work, I am a strong communicator who communicates complex ideas in plain language backed by logic and I have experience driving solutions and analysis forward with diverse stakeholders spanning the various lines of business and disciplines that comprise large organisations.
