I report KPI's to the business on a period by period basis and drive engagement on our shift. Using known techniques like Belbin and responding to Gallop scores I like to believe I genuinely am creating a better world not only for pets (as our mission statement states) but for our team too. I constantly investigate new technologies as they are discovered and influence our site in making changes for the better where I can. I am always looking for opportunities to better myself and as such have completed several courses and continue my learning when ever possible.
