I then led a team helping to implement a Voice of the Customer tool for the US Department of Agriculture, using Tableau software to help the USDA Leadership be a lighthouse agency for modernization. My focus was on metrics, Portfolio Management, User Experience and project/program best practices. Currently, I've completed my full transition to Customer Experience with Humana, Inc. I'm a Consumer Experience Lead focusing on Outbound Communications; assuring Contact Center service readiness for member contacts relating to said outbound communications, as well as defining metrics, and developing dashboards representing effectiveness of tracked communications. My career has been one of continual growth, challenge and responsibility. I began as a programmer, followed by project management, consulting, marketing and client delivery roles. I became PMP-certified in December, 2006, and began developing Customer Experience skill sets in 2007, and completed my Masters in User Experience Design from Kent State University in the May of 2019. What I have found is that I thoroughly enjoy being a professional cat herder: A Program Management specialist, interested and practiced in the development of technology supporting great customer and user experiences in the Digital Technology and Marketing space.
