  I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer. Prior to my work as a trainer I was a professional golfer for four years, competing in long drive and stroke play events. I was a member of the Adams Golf Long Drive Team in 2013 prior to changing career paths into the fitness world. Prior to my golf career, I graduated from the University of Central Florida with a degree in Marketing and a minor in the DeVos Sports Business Management program. I have a passion for the process of improvement. The end result is always something to be proud of, however, I feel that the work that goes into an end goal is far more rewarding than the goal itself. While competing as a professional golfer, I saw a lack of knowledge of the golf swing with most personal trainers. Without understanding the golf swing and different swing types a comprehensive, physical improvement, program to increase performance is very difficult. In 2012, I became my own trainer and was able to increase my average driving distance from 300 yards to 350 yards. After seeing my results, I began working with a top amateur golfer who experienced similar power increases. My goal is to build an elite golf fitness program that takes the best of golf technology and pairs it with the best athletic training designed specifically for golfers. My passion for physical improvement doesn’t stop with athletes. I enjoy helping others gain fitness knowledge and physical results.
