Additionally, this team ensures support teams and call center employees are actively engaged in troubleshooting, and codes time in Verint for downtime related to system and or Internet Service Provider (ISP) issues. This role requires knowledge and understanding of our call center desktop computing technologies and applications that support delivering a world class customer experience. Steven also manages the LiveSource Support Team, who are responsible for Tier 1-3 troubleshooting, as well as maintaining the data centers and network infrastructure, which spans throughout the United States. This team also manages the LiveSource capital and expense budget.
