Examples: - Regulatory; leading operational assessments for the NDIS Commission, the professional standards branch managing integrity and conduct issues for an entire law enforcement organisation, moving from purely transactional effort to cultural endeavours, incorporating contemporary informal regulatory approaches to complement the formal regulatory effort. - Program and project delivery; strategy, design and commissioning of a 3.8b infrastructure investment program, leading to rectifying a faltering implementation program yielding hundreds of millions in recurrent savings for government. - Program and service delivery; through whole-of-State leadership, as well as visa programme decision making. -Operations; through whole-of-region leadership of irregular maritime arrivals at a time of heightened activity, complexity and sensitivity, giving evidence before the Joint Select Committee into Mandatory Detention, and managing state-wide detention services. With the wider responsibilities that come with senior executive service, I also value corporate contribution, mentoring future leaders, pastoral responsibilities for whole states, and delivering presentations domestically and internationally.
