My early career was in C++ software development for a local health authority, later moving into desktop support and networking. I spent six years contracting as a Microsoft Network consultant for IBM, Barclays a few others. At Viju, I started as a Microsoft network engineer then Contracts Manager, developing their internal ITSM software to track customer contracts, assets and financials in one single platform. For four years I was the Privacy Officer and ISO 9001 Quality Manager for Kinly Ltd, ensuring applications were aligned to the objectives. In 2017, Viju became Kinly and I took on a global role to manage, administer, design and develop the ServiceNow solution, starting on Helsinki. The launch involved the migration of data and processes from three regional legacy systems. The outcome was a single system to increase customer satisfaction, particularly for global customers. Over the years two acquisitions required extensive migration projects and the implementation of Customer Service Management with FSM, ITSM and Strategic Portfolio Management. I developed an eBonding solution to integrate customer IT solutions with the internal monitoring platform. In 2022 I moved back to contracting, starting at Castle Water as internal lead for the deployment of Field Service Management and later projects for CSDM, CSM and ITOM Discovery.
