Sungti Hsu’s Expertise Most recently I was involved in relationship management to increase state affiliation satisfaction which led to the growth in number of state affiliates and attendance at affiliate meetings. I led the developed of a global initiative to address member needs and provide additional membership benefits. Through genuine project and relationship management skills I was able to finalize profitable agreements and the involvement and investment of other national organizations for the same global initiative. The other focus of my work is on teacher and program quality assurance and educator effectiveness issues at the national, state, and institutional levels including assessment development and research. I have facilitated and participated in over 400 programs reviews and led revision of over 40 sets of professional and content program standards at state level. I participated in the construction of state educator competency assessments that align with national and state standards and requirements. I have represented state and national organizations at various meetings, conferences, and summits to speak on issues related to educator preparation. In addition, I have provided training, support, and technical assistance statewide and was responsible for candidate recruitment for institutional-based alternative programs at state level.
