Joined Walt Disney Travel Company in September 1995 and discovered a new passion working for Walt Disney and having the opportunity to work with the airlines. Began as a reservationist and was provided the opportunity to join the Travel Company Product Development team, where I have been working since May 1997.Initial focus was airlines and managing day to day analysis of airline fares and uploading to the reservation system. That role eventually encompassed travel insurance, reporting, travel document and most importantly, managing positioning of Travel Company Product within the various sales channels.
