Prior to AloStar, I was a Managing Director at Bayside Capital. Bayside is a credit oriented private equity firm. Before Bayside, I was Co-Founder, Executive Vice President and Chief Risk Officer of Tygris Commercial Finance, a start-up commercial finance business that was sold to EverBank Financial. Prior to Tygris, I was Senior Managing Director and Group Head at the CIT Group responsible for Leverage Finance, CIT’s equity investment program, and its mezzanine fund. I spent 9 years with Heller Financial, lastly as Executive Vice President and Head of Capital Markets, and then following the acquisition of Heller by GE, with GE Capital’s Global Sponsor Finance Group. I started my career with Mellon Bank and completed Mellon’s bank credit training program. I received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Grove City College and a Master of Science in Industrial Management from the Georgia Institute of Technology. GE and Regions Bank Six Sigma quality trained.
