After an extensive global sales process by Credit Suisse, we sold the asset to Rio Tinto for US825 million in March 2022 I am chairman at Hazer Group, a fast growing disruptive technology company that through the Hazer process converts gas (with the addition of iron ore as a catalyst) into hydrogen and graphite. I'm also a director and strategic advisor to Pantera Minerals Limited, an oil field brine asset in Arkansas in the US, with our ground next door to Exxon Mobil. I was previously Chairman of Angel Seafood and Kopore Limited and Audit Committee chair and non-executive director of Costa Group, a large fruit and vegetable supplier On 30 June 2017 I retired from the PwC Australia partnership. I had been a partner for 21 and a half years and working at PwC for over 29 years. I was global mining leader for six years until June 2013 and during that time led PwC's mining strategy. I worked with teams on all the largest global mining companies, ensuring PwC's services were at the cutting edge.
